Everything, from the time we walked into the lobby, to when we left. Cleanliness, friendly staff and the rooms were very accommodating. It was so nice that your hotel offers something to eat in the evening. Plus a complimentary drink. But there was one person who really stood out. His name was Mark Glass,. While having dinner the first night, he helped the staff during the dinner rush, he was so friendly and went table to table asking people if we needed anything, and if we were enjoying our stay and the dinner. Turns out he was a General Manager, working there temporarily, and resides in another state. What a gentleman, and so professional. He told us a little history of the hotel. Mark made us feel as if we were in his living room, and because of him, I will always stay at the Drury Inn.

Well located, lovely, welcoming hotel - clean, comfortable with great amenities and bonus ‘kick-back’ food in the evening & tasty breakfast in the morning. Also loved being able to do some laundry & use the fitness centre but by far the greatest assets of this place is their wonderful staff! Elizabeth & the Team were so kind, friendly & helpful & a very special thanks goes out to the delightful Jessica who was all those things and much more! She simply couldn’t do enough to help us, making sure we had all we needed & on learning that we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary & my special birthday, Jessica even went to the trouble of giving us a hand-written card, some chocs, a local postcard & hotel pen. We were so touched & grateful at how this fantastic young woman went above & beyond to make us feel so special & welcome & we send our grateful thanks & wishes for her future health, happiness & success!

Family friendly(6 of us), great amenities such as indoor pool, double queen beds suites with sofa bed, so can fit a family of 6 in a suite! Very clean room, Also hot breakfast and light dinner options, also free popcorn for snack(from like 4-6) and free soda drinks and coffee all day, which is great if you have a big family!!!((if you’re on budget, you could easily just eat what the hotel provides and you will be satisfied))

This was by far one of the best hotels I have stayed in. It was worth the extra few dollars to have stayed here this past week. The breakfast was exceptional (they have dinner included, and cocktails, but we didn't have a chance to check that out). The room was clean and comfortable, with no noise outside our room. Pool and work out facilities were great. We will definitely be coming back to stay on our next trip!

It’s location is great and in a safe part of Albuquerque. There are bunch of restaurants and cafes around in the same plaza especially this Iranian restaurant which is called Pars Cuisine. It has great security. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. The complementary food which is served for breakfast and dinner is great too. The shower and hot water is so relaxing. They have good channels on TV and good internet quality.
